Keep The Fire Burning
Guys, Mates, Comrades, Old & Good Friends, Classmates, My dear FRIENDS, and Countrymen (yikes!),
Somebody, someone, I don't have time to re-investigate, started the " New and Oldiest..." email thread re: car mishap subject, which I was copied, to get my attention. I got active!
I sugested a website for that thread, so this site was born - courtesy of Edz.
I was ECSTATIC - I thought it was the beggining of a New ERA for both Ex and Existing Amkor Employees! I thought we will be UNITED - Free wheeling. I was thinking ( and planning) of inviting former Amkor HEAVYWEIGHTS Messrs Tony Ng, Mr Jun Loreto, Rudy Girao, Pablo " Tito" Mercado, etc to our site, but got reluctant after seing the slump on this site. Mapapa-hiya tayo - boring.
As of this writing, the email thread has slowed down and this site has nearly zero activity for almost a week.
Somebody has to excite our comrades - to keep the Fire Burning.
The Fire is there, but it needs to be re-kindled.
I really hope I am just over- reacting. Silence in this iste and the email thread is deafening....Lapit na pasko, ngayon pa ba tayo mag-iiwanan or should I say, Magde-dead-mahan?

Hello Albert,
We appreciate your concern over our network of Friends in AmkorSolid.
On my oppinion, the fire keeps on burning...but not too high and obvious for everyone to see... But spreading throughout the horizon so every one can feel. Little by little, we are growing... more members signing up.
Now a days, the communication is not centralized like before... but rather more of a little here and there... discussing a lot of topics and memories...
I've ran out of ideas on how to make it more centralized like before.. so everyone will be always united.
I ran out of ideas on how to promote the "FORUM", so that everybody will use and continue to read and comment.
But i will keep sharing files and ideas by creating new threads.... for everyone to read and be informed, cause i believe that we all need to continously "FEED OUR MIND".
