hello sir albert! thanks for the recent blog visit..i see that you're having trouble leaving comments? i wonder why because i have set it in such a way that's user-friendly. and also, i don't moderate my comments..all comments are not moderated and should appear real-time. i only moderate/delete those that are offensive if any (although i've never really received such yet). don't worry about leaving comments as i'm pretty tolerant about them. blogs, specially the comment area is the perfect venue for a lively, healthy discussion between/among people who don't necessarily have to agree on one thing. otherwise, i would have just disabled comments. :) anyway, i will check on it and see if there's a bug that needs fixing or something. i hope you get to leave your comments on your next visit. by the way, i am neither ultra-left nor ultra-right, i'm neither pro nor anti-GMA as well. my opinions on certain issues vary depending on the merits of the issue and the sides that represent such. so comments are welcome, encouraged and respected. if comments don't sit well with my own perception of things, i try to rebutt in the safest way i can. and if i can't say anything nice, i shut up. :) i don't pick fights online. i blog to inform and share my views, not to engage in aggrandizing. the last thing this country needs is another misunderstanding. it's counter-productive for the country. not my cup of tea. :)
beautiful morning sir albert! :) your kind words and praises are humbling..i don't think i deserve half of those.. :) my course is computer technology. so writing is something i do solely for pleasure. it provides me an outlet for my thoughts and at the same time, i find fulfillment in sharing a part of me to those who read my blog. it keeps me grounded and sane amidst the craziness of my usual routine i call my "life". it's fun but yes, a bit scary, specially when i wrote around 20 articles about the BJE-MOA issue on ancestral domain in mindanao, i got lots of visits from that part of the country, but i think it's a risk that go with blogging and i wouldn't have it any other way. the rewards i get are loyal readers and friends and some recognition of sorts, like this one time when part of my article was quoted by Manuel Quezon III of the Inquirer.net's "Current" column..link to that article is here. that same article was also featured/referenced by him in his ANC tv show, "The Explainer".. see video of that episode here in this link. it was almost surreal when i first saw that video, but you know, things like this are those that inspire me and tell me that an ordinary person like myself can make a difference if only i'd try.. :) there is hope for the country, all we have to do is work for it.
hello sir albert! thank you for the wonderful comment and thank you so much for visiting my blog today. yes, i think i did email a lot back then, i'm a bit obsessive-compulsive with line status reports, and yes, i'm still at it, i'm afraid. writing is a part of me i think i may never outgrow. :) cheers to you, your family and your work! God bless!
